ConfigurationPostUpdateHook = (config, prevValue, req) => void | Promise<void>

Hook invoked after a configuration update is applied. Receives the updated configuration and the previous value (both with secret values redacted) plus the request, enabling audit logging of who changed what. Secret values are never included.
